Purpose and Applicable Part/Model Numbers

If you have ground fault alarm present on your ECM the following steps will clear that alarm. 

Procedure Walkthrough

For firmware version r03:

1. Enter the ground settings menu ( Main Menu -> Settings -> GND Sense -> GND Zero)

2. Perform a ground zero offset. 

For firmware versions r01 and r02:

1. Enter the ground Zero offset menu (Main Menu -> Settings -> Advanced -> Calibration -> GND Zero Offset)

2. Perform a ground zero offset from this menu. 

If the ground fault alarm persists contact Comm/net Support.
