How To Return an RMA Part (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Returning a Comm/net Systems product requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Sales Order (SO) number. If you do not know your RMA or SO number, please call our Product Support Department at 1 (206) 282-8670 (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.) Additionally, you will need a completed "Return Merchandise Authorization Package Insert" (this can be downloaded below) as well as any other pertinent documentation.

Carefully re-package your box to prevent shipping damages and within 30 Days of delivery, mail the product to:
